Victoria is an executive coach and highly regarded professional. She started her executive search career in London being key team player in the expansion and growth of PER, a firm where she led projects for Asia, Europe, Latin America and Mexico. Her experience in financial services ranges from large banks to small family offices, funds and direct invest teams in Infrastructure, energy, mining and oil and gas, amongst others. She has special expertise in investments, funds, venture capital, holding companies and investors for private equity funds and also in the construction of team across all geographies.

Victoria has a master’s degree in Business Administration & Human Resources, from the Alcalá de Henares University in Madrid where she graduated with honors, is a Graphic Designer at the Instituto Europeo di Design in Madrid. She graduated magna cum laude from a second BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with major in business and psychology specializing in psychology of aging from Kendall College, Chicago.

Victoria was brought up multicultural in various countries and is bilingual in Spanish and English, she speaks French at a basic level.

Mr. Cruz is the Leader of Emotional Intelligence initiatives of MGT Consultoría in Monterrey, Mexico. He is starting the practice of Positive Psychology (Happiness) in several companies, Public Institutions & Universities.

He is currently certified in Lominger products, such as Decision Styles, Choices and Leadership Architect (Competency Models), in MHS in EQ-I, in Will Schutz Associates in The Human Element workshop and in Human Side Corporation in the Human Side technique.

Edmundo has over 30 years of experience in conducting coaching processes with executives, seeking to develop competencies and leadership skills.

His professional experience also includes over 29 years of management development as a consultant and over 10 years as a Human Resources Professional.

Edmundo is a Senior Partner of MGT Consulting, a firm dedicated to building organizations and developing talent. He is responsible for business development as well as the design of educational experiences, facilitation of courses and workshops, mainly on the topics of Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, Creativity, Leadership, Team building, Job Profiling and the conducting of feedback and coaching processes.

Prior to MGT he was Human Resources Director in Nissan, Executive Development Manager at Grupo Cydsa and Industrial Engineering Consultant at Norris & Elliot.

He has taught probability, statistics, operations research, fluid mechanics and human resources management courses at Tecnológico de Monterrey and Universidad Bonaterra.

Edmundo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s in Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master’s of Science in Operations Research from Stanford University.

Mr. Cruz is a marathon runner, he is 65 years old and he lives in Monterrey with his wife Cony. He has three children and two grandchildren.

He has 35 years of experience in Administration Process, Planning & Development of Human Capital, occupying the position of Human Resources for the last 18 years.

He has worked for more than 27 years in the finnacial sector in companies such as Banamex, where he worked for 18 years, in which, his last position was Human Resources Director in Seguros Banamex/Aegon.

During the last 9 years, he collaborated as Corporate Director of HR in Grupo Financiero Interacciones.

Also he has 10 years of experience in companies of Services & Hospitality where he ocupated the Corporate Human Resources Management in companies such as Alsea (Restaurant Operator, Starbucks, Dominos Pizza, Burger King, and others), Grupo Hotelera Brisas and Grupo House.

In the sector of Human Capital Consuting, he collaborated for 2 years with Deloitte, the leading professional services firm.

She is co founder of Mexico Tierra de Amaranto, an NGO that promotes the planting and growth of amaranth in the rural communities in Querétaro, Mexico together with the integral human development of families who live and work in these communities.

With over 13 years of experience identifying and shaping human patterns as well as recognizing the factors that motivate them, I have participated in several projects in hospitals, schools and family owned businesses and undertake and devote myself to Organizational Development, becoming an important ally for top companies from various industries such as: oil extraction and distribution, solar energy, car distribution agencies, packaging manufacturers, among others.

Having experience with different industries, I’ve developed different abilities to integrate knowledge and elicit innovative solutions to achieve my clients’ objectives and generate growth.
